Yes, this toy can be extremely annoying- It barks way too frequently, but I have to say that my 14month old loves it and has played with it consistently since receiving it at 11 mos. And honestly, I believe most of the appeal of the toy for her is the dog sounds it makes! She doesn’t pull it, just carries it around everywhere, pretends to feed it, etc. My 3 year old neighbor also loves it and plays with it the whole time she is over every time

I ordered this from Toyscamp and don’t know if I got a defected one as I can’t return it. When you pull the puppy the front wheels seem to lock up, make clicking noises when you pull it, and the puppy falls over. Buy Infant Baby Car Seat Now!
